MONDAY

-11:21 p.m.: warrant. David Wiggington, 32, 339 ½ S. Highland Ave., was arrested on a warrant and for resisting arrest.

-9:39 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Mathew Juarez, 34, at large, was arrested for disorderly conduct after police were dispatched on the report of a disturbance at Buckeye Avenue and Park Street.

-5:19 p.m.: theft. Shoe Sensation on Michigan Street reported the theft of a blue and grey Under Armour bag, valued at $44.99.

-5:03 p.m.: purpose to commit theft. Police are investigating the report made by Robert Boller, 54, 840 N. West Ave., that his garage door was damaged, the garage was entered and 12 cans of spray paint were stolen. Damage to the garage door was set at $100, and the paint was valued at $50.

-4:42 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report made by Jody Napier Bunnell, 46, 555 Gearhart Road, of the theft of her iPhone 7 cellphone, valued at $1,200.

-10:33 a.m.: warrant. Dakota Saunders, 19, of Troy, was arrested on a warrant.

-10:23 a.m.: criminal simulation. Dollar General on West Russell Road reported receiving a fake $100 bill.

-9:57 a.m.: burglary. Michele DeMarcus, 52, of Troy, reported someone entered her residence at 625 St. Marys Road, damaged a rear window screen and spay painted walls of the home.

-9:24 a.m.: theft. Buckeye Ford on Michigan Street reported a past theft of a right rear wheel, valued at $500, and damage of a right rear quarter panel, damage set at $1,500, of a 2015 Chevrolet.

SUNDAY

-6:40 p.m.: telephone harassment. Kyle Smith, 31, 1110 N. Main Ave., was arrested for telephone harassment.

-6:31 p.m.: burglary. A warrant was issued after a force entry was reported and two doors at 803 ½ S. Main Ave. were damaged. The cost of damage was set at $200.

-6:43 a.m.: warrant. Gunnar Francis, 22, at large, was arrested on a Miami County warrant and for possession of drugs.

-2:42 p.m.: assault. A juvenile was arrested for assault.

-2:31 p.m.: criminal damaging. William Butts, 46, 631 St. Marys Ave., reported someone spray painted the hood and the headlights on his vehicle. Damage is set at $100.

SATURDAY

-9 p.m.: panhandling. A warrant was issued after police investigated a panhandling complaint at Park Street and Linden Avenue.

-6:56 p.m.: criminal damaging. Kathy Fleming, 54, 330 Maple St., reported juveniles spray painted her 2017 Dodge Coupe, and the garage’s siding at the residence. The vehicle’s damage was set at $1,000, and garage’s damage was set at $50.

-8:13 a.m.: theft. Ciara Smith, 20, 765 Campbell Road, reported she dropped her wallet containing $50, her Ohio driver’s license and two bank cards in the parking lot of Speedway on Michigan Street. She told police when she went back someone had picked it up and taken it.

-3:09 a.m.: purpose to commit theft. Rikki Nooks, 20, of Dayton, was arrested for purpose to commit theft and complicity. Three male juveniles were also arrested.

-1:33 a.m.: unauthorized use of a vehicle. A juveniles, a 14- and 16-year-old, were arrested for being unruly and taking a vehicle without permission.

FRIDAY

-11:26 p.m.: criminal damaging. Ashia Elmore, 18, of Wapakoneta, reported someone damaged a shed she owns at 614 Mohican Court, Sidney. Damage was set at $100.

-10:50 p.m.: theft. Josh Graham, 25, 225 S. Miami Ave., reported his TracFone cellphone, valued at $100, was stolen from his residence.

-9:23 p.m.: warrant. Jerilyn Adams, 43, 311 ½ N. Ohio Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

-6:29 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report made by Walmart on Michigan Street of the past theft of three bottles of Kamchatka vodka from the store; loss amount was set at $14.34.

-1:33 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report made by Arby’s on Michigan Street of the theft of a bank bag containing $1,104.34.

-12:01 p.m.: identity theft. Rhonda Caudill, 67, 234 S. Miami Ave., reported someone stole her identity

-11:11 a.m.: disorderly conduct. Jimmy Pultz, 34, 233 ½ Poplar St., was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal damaging.

-8:31 a.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report made by Ross Aluminum Castings on Oak Street of the theft of copper form chillers, valued at $900 from the business.

-8:16 a.m.: domestic violence. Caleb Roberts, 20, at large, was arrested for domestic violence.

THURSDAY

-5:53 p.m.: theft. David Powers, 62, 622 Second Ave., reported his wallet containing miscellaneous cards was stolen from his vehicle at his residence.

Sept. 27

-10:57 a.m.: drug abuse. Keagan Donaldson, 29, 309 Monroe St., was arrested for illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse detention, drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 26

-4:04 p.m.: theft. Police investigated the report of the theft of a 20-inch blue and chrome Mongoose bicycle from the Sidney Middle School.

Sept. 25

-5:24 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report made by Walmart on Michigan Street of the shoplifting of a jacket, valued at $9.96.

Crashes

Michael Miller, 39, of De Graff, was cited with improper lane change after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 6:11 p.m.

Miller was traveling southbound on Ohio Avenue in the right lane when he attempted to change into the left lane and struck the southbound vehicle in the left lane that was driven by Shannon Fleming, 32, 602 Michigan St.

• Jesse Yates, 26, 307 Lake St., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 5:22 p.m.

Yates was traveling eastbound on East Russell Road just past the intersection of Wapakoneta Avenue when he struck the vehicle stopped for traffic in front of him that was driven by Dallas Hughes, 18, 302 E. Lyndhurst St.

• Mohamoud Ahmed, 33, of Burnsville, Minnesota, was cited with marked lanes after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 2:15 p.m.

Ahmed was on the Interstate 75 northbound exit ramp at mile marker 92 in the westbound turn lane when he went across the divided white line and sideswiped the vehicle on the exit ramp in the eastbound turn lane that was driven by Stephen Linder, 53, 753 Marilyn Drive.

• No one was cited following a two-vehicle crash on Monday, Sept. 4, at 4:31 p.m.

James Bundy, 45, 430 Belmont St., was traveling westbound on Kossuth Street when he passed an eastbound vehicle on Kossuth Street and their driver’s side mirrors struck one another. Both drivers claimed the other was at fault.

The other vehicle was driven by Johnda Daniels, 30, 500 N. Vandemark Road

-7:55 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to the report of a fire alarm.

-2:45 p.m.: service call. Crews responded to assist an individual.

-2:41 p.m.: crash. Crews responded to the report of an automobile crash.

-10:44 a.m.: odor. Firefighters conducted an odor investigation.

-8:45 a.m. to 11:20 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 14 calls.

-8:31 a.m.: crash. Medics responded to the report of an automobile crash.

SUNDAY

-6:11 p.m.: down lines. Firefighters responded to the report of downed power lines .

-2:37 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to an electrical problem with a dryer.
