THURSDAY

-11:42 a.m.: auto accident. Anna Rescue and Botkins Fire were called to an accident on southbound Interstate 75 at the 107 mile marker in Auglaize County. It was not immediately determined if there were injuries.

-8:43 a.m.: theft. Identity theft was reported at 5364 Smith Road.

WEDNESDAY

-9:20 p.m.: burglary. A burglary was reported at 20170 State Route 47.

Accident

The driver was injured in a one-car crash Wednesday at 7:33 a.m.

Anthony Bodenmiller, 21, 611 S. Walnut Ave., was southbound on state Route 29, approaching the curve at Frazier-Guy Road. He failed to negotiate the curve and his car ran off the right side of the road, striking a fence and trees. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue took Bodemiller to Wilson Memorial Hospital. He had nonincapacitating injuries.

THURSDAY

-2:06 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was called to the 2000 block of Thompson-Schiff Road.

-8:59 a.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue was called to the 6000 block of state Route 66. Fort Loramie Police and deputies also responded.

-4:14 a.m.: medical. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue was called to the 20000 block of state Route 47.

WEDNESDAY

-6:27 p.m.: fire. Van Buren Township Fire was called to investigate smoke in the hallway at 17000 Roettger Road.

-3:38 p.m.: field fire. Russia Fire was called to 1636 Russia-Versailles Road, where corn stubble in a field was on fire.
