TUESDAY
-11:42 a.m.: tree down. Deputies responded to the 6000 block of Wells Road in McLean Township on the report a downed tree was partially blocking the roadway.
-9:05 a.m.: burglary. Deputies were dispatched to 4141 State Route 48 in Loramie Township on the report of a past theft of a grandmother clock.
-8:51 a.m.: property damage crash. Deputies were dispatched to state Route 47 and state Route 29 in Van Buren Township on the report of a crash.
-6:49 a.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint at 9520 Amsterdam Road in Van Buren Township.
MONDAY
-4:09 p.m.: property damage crash. Deputies were dispatched to Speedway on West Main Street on the report of a crash.
-11:23 a.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 7761 State Route 66 in Cynthian Township to investigate the report of a past theft of guns.
SUNDAY
-10:38 p.m: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated the complaint of an agitated customer at Speedway on East Main Street in Anna.
-3:25 p.m.: vandalism. Deputies responded to the 3500 block of Elm Street in Cynthian Township on the report of slashed bicycle tires.
SATURDAY
-7 p.m.: criminal damaging. Tim and Kelly Stelzner, 2686 State Route 29N, Sidney, reported someone slashed all four tires on their vehicle. Damage was set at $500.

MONDAY
-7:42 p.m.: theft. Botkins Police responded to 302 W. State St. in Dinsmore Township on the report of a theft.
-5:43 p.m.: property damage crash. Fort Loramie Police was dispatched to South Main Street at East Park Street on the report of a two-vehicle crash.
SUNDAY
-10:31 p.m.: suspicious car. Botkins Police was dispatched to the 400 block of East State Street on the report of a suspicious car.
Crashes
Deputies are investigating an ATV crash which happened Saturday, Oct. 14, at 9:30 p.m. at 3987 Patterson Halpin Road, Houston.
According to the report, Tyrom R. Hammer, 37, 10949 Comanche Drive, Sidney, was riding an ATV when he crashed it. Hammer was unconscious when deputies arrived on the scene. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Houston Rescue and Lockington Fire were also dispatched. Hammer was taken by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.
Deputies report Hammer is suspected of consuming alcohol before riding the ATV.
• Kelsey Rose Castle, 18, 133 Oldham Ave., Sidney, was cited for assured clear distance following a two-vehicle crash Saturday, Oct. 14, at 6:50 p.m.
Christina A. Heath, 36, 19600 DeWeese Road, Sidney, was westbound on state Route 29 and was slowing to turn left into the grocery store. Castle was westbound on state Route 29 and didn’t realize Heath was slowing down that fast and hit the rear of the vehicle.
Neither driver, nor passengers in Heath’s vehicle, Logan A. Heath, 12, and Layla J. Heath, 6, were injured.
Heath’s vehicle sustained minor damage.
• No citations were issued following a two-vehicle crash Saturday at 6:07 p.m.
Holly J. Keiser, 38, 122227 Lee Drive, Minster, was southbound on state Route 66 approaching the four-way intersection at state Route 47. Keiser failed to stop in time and struck the rear of a vehicle driven of Regina E. Hoying, 46, 909 State Route 48, Russia, who was stopped on the roadway for the traffic light.
Both vehicles sustained minor damage.

TUESDAY
-2:29 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue and Police responded to the 12000 block of state Route 362 in McLean Township.
-1:26 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue and Police responded to the unit block of South Main Street in McLean Township.
-11:44 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Police responded to the unit block of McRill Way in Dinsmore Township.
-8:51 a.m.: property damage crash. Russia Fire Department and Deputies were dispatched to 400 State Route 47 in Loramie Township on the report a car crashed into a pole.
-1:27 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Van Buren Township Fire Department were dispatched to the 18900 block of Hardin Wapakoneta Road in Van Buren Township.
MONDAY
-9:45 p.m.: property damage crash. Anna Rescue, Van Buren Township Fire Department and Deputies were dispatched to the 14000 block of state Route 29 in Van Buren Township on the report of a crash with injuries.
-9:23 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 16400 block of state Route 274 in Dinsmore Township.
SUNDAY
-11:16 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 17800 block of County Road 25A in Dinsmore Township.
-5:33 p.m.: fire. Fort Loramie Fire Department responded to the 5000 block of Hardin Wapakoneta Road in Turtle Creek Township on the report a combine fire rekindled.
