In Municipal Court Tuesday, Goettemoeller fined Tiffany L. Van Hook, 25, 600 Second Ave., $150 and $147 costs and sentenced her to 16 days in jail for attempted telecommunications harassment, amended from telecommunications harassment. Five days were suspended and she was given one day credit. The judge ordered Van Hook to have no contact with the victim and to obtain counseling.
• Andrea Knasel, 27, 233 W. Poplar St., disorderly conduct (amended from drug abuse), $200 fine and $108 costs, 30 days jail (10 days suspended); possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed, $10 costs.
• Alexander R. Gannom, 25, 726 Countryside Lane, Apt. 10, attempted theft (amended from theft), $100 fine and $138 costs, 20 days jail, community service, restitution.
