THURSDAY

-12:49 p.m.: offenses involving underage persons. Megan Walker, 18, 1510 Spruce Ave., Apt. 2, was arrested for prohibitions.

WEDNESDAY

-8:11 p.m.: theft. Kimberly Turner, 36, 302 E. Lyndhurst St., reported the theft of a Smith and Wesson black handgun, valued at $464, and an Apple iPad, valued at $600, from her residence.

-2:43 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Brandon Yantis, 30, 10775 Millcreek Road, was arrested on a grand jury indictment out of Shelby County Common Pleas.

-1:31 p.m.: found property. A man’s brown wallet containing credit cards and a driver’s license belonging to Kenneth Mincer, 18, of Versailles, was found at U.S. Bank on East Court Street and was turned into the police department.

TUESDAY

-9:18 p.m.: theft. William Smith, 48, 2805 Wapakoneta Ave., reported the theft of a cigarette case, lighter, and a $2 bill at Papa John’s Pizza on Wapakoneta Avenue.

-7:25 p.m.: burglary. Police are investigating the report of a burglary at the residence of Tessa Rose, 18, 503 Buckeye Ave., in which the garage door and door assembly were heavily damaged, loss is set at $1,000. Extensive damages were also reported throughout the house, including a shattered toilet and bathroom counter top, cabinet and glass doors, kitchen glassware, miscellaneous glass objects, TV, and damaged couch cushions and ceiling fan. Total damages inside of the home was set at $1,850.

Crashes

No one was cited after a crash into a pedestrian on Wednesday at 7:45 a.m.

Tritny Ollhoff, 29, 324 Pinehurst St., was traveling southbound on Wapakoneta Avenue and was turning onto West Pinehurst Street when she crossed the the stop bar line on the roadway and struck Natalie Compton, 35, 108 W. Edgewood St., in the crosswalk with the front left side of her bumper.

Ollhoff told police she did not see Compton because of her dark clothing. Compton told police she did not see the vehicle.

Compton was transported by Sidney Fire to Wilson Health.

WEDNESDAY

-6:16 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to a call.

TUESDAY

-2:55 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Crews conducted a carbon monoxide investigation at 1219 Reese Drive.

-3:12 to 8:28 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls.
