MONDAY

-4:12 p.m.: domestic violence. Richard Delafuente, 37, 534 Franklin Ave., was arrested for domestic violence.

-1:03 p.m.: warrant. Kevin Howard, 31, 903 N. Main Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

-11:16 a.m.: theft. Russell Jeffery, 49, 225 ½ E. Court St., reported the theft of a UPS package from his porch.

-3:58 a.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report made by Sunoco gas station on Fair Road that the front glass door to the business and a glass cooler door were damaged, and 80 cartons of cigarettes were stolen. Total damage is set at $400; cost of stolen cigarettes is set at $3,200.

SUNDAY

-4:03 p.m.: theft. Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of merchandise valued at $27.90.

-3:31 p.m.: theft. Kevin Bowman, 61, 1841 Cumberland Ave., reported four plastic vases were stolen in the 900 block of South Main Avenue. Loss was set at $80.

-2:38 p.m.: warrant. Sammy Lee Oquinn, 37, of Wapakoneta, was arrested on a warrant through the Wapakoneta Police Department.

-4:57 a.m.: domestic violence. Lindsey Coffman, 28, 826 ½ Crescent Drive, was arrested for domestic violence.

-12:43 a.m.: criminal damaging. Kimmie Dresback, 63, 608 Brooklyn Ave., reported damage to her front yard. Damage was set at $20.

SATURDAY

-11:37 p.m.: domestic violence. Joshua Bruggeman, 42, 805 Michigan St., was arrested for domestic violence.

-5:31 p.m.: forgery. Walmart on Michigan Street reported receiving a fraudulent $20 bill at the business.

-5:29 p.m.: warrant. Kayla Hammons, 26, 516 Oak St., was arrested on an active warrant.

-4:48 p.m.: theft. John Castle, 128 ½ Pomeroy Ave., Apt. N, reported the theft of $80 at 516 Oak St.

FRIDAY

-7:17 p.m.: theft. Michael Hines, 30, 1023 N. Main St., reported the theft of a prepaid American Express debit card, in the amount of $18, from his residence.

-4:54 p.m.: theft. A juvenile was arrested for being unruly and the theft of $100.

-4:12 p.m.: criminal damaging. Michael Lescowitch, 65, 614 N. Miami Ave., reported the rear end of his 2010 Ford SUV was damaged; loss is set $500.

-4:01 p.m.: theft. Greg Russell, 42, at large, reported a theft at the Sidney Motel on Wapakoneta Avenue.

-12:25 p.m.: criminal damaging. The hood of the vehicle owned by Brenda Wellbaum, 60, 134 Pike St., was reported damaged at her residence. Damage is set at $200.

-12:08 p.m.: burglary. Brenda Wellbaum, 60, 134 Pike St., reported the theft of three bottles of cologne, valued at $50, and a pair of New Balance shoes, valued at $70, from her residence.

THURSDAY

-4:25 p.m.: domestic violence. A 14-year-old female was arrested for domestic violence.

-12:15 p.m.: receiving stolen property. Police are investigating the report made by Kristi Clark, 48, 505 N. Main Ave., of a theft. A Sentrysafe, valued at $50, a personal check and miscellaneous paperwork, belonging to Jesse Yates, 27, 414 S. Miami Ave., was recovered.

-8:54 a.m.: theft. Audry Francis, 68, 714 N. Wagner Ave., reported the theft of a UPS package from her porch. The package is valued at $300.

Nov. 29

-7:56 p.m.: driving under the influence. Keith Keller, 49, 749 Johnston Road, was arrested for OVI.

-1:53 p.m.: theft. Kroc Marathon on West Hoewisher Road reported two people purchased 10 cartons of cigarettes with a skimmed credit card. Merchandise is valued at $701.52.

Nov. 28

-9:11 p.m.: burglary. Police are investigating the report made by Jesse Yates, 27, 414 S. Miami Ave., of the theft of two TVs from her residence.

-2:19 p.m.: theft. Aaron Oskowski, 38, 119 W. Dallas St., reported a theft of an Emerald H&R Block debit card in the amount of $3,211.

Crashes

Zachary Harris, 20, 847 Merry Lane, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 2:45 p.m.

Harris was traveling westbound on East Court Street when he did not stop in time and rear-ended the stopped vehicle in front of him at the red light.

The other vehicle was driven by Laura Homan, 27, of St. Marys.

• Aminata Ndiaye, 28, 989 Buckeye Ave, was cited for turning at intersection after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 2:27 p.m.

Ndiaye was facing the north on Wapakoneta Avenue and turning left to the west onto Russell Road when she turned in front of the southbound vehicle on Wapakoneta Avenue in the intersection of Russell Road.

The other vehicle was driven by Danielle Sullenberger, 30, of Piqua.

Ndiaye was transported by Sidney Fire to Wilson Health.

-8:18 to 9:21 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls.

-7:02 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to a compactor fire.

-2:15 p.m.: crash. Medics responded to the report of an automobile crash.

-10:38 a.m to 2:52 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Firefighters conducted two carbon monoxide investigations.

-12:23 a.m. to 6:10 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to seven calls.

-5:53 to 11:59 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Firefighters conducted two carbon monoxide investigations.

-7:17 p.m.: service call. Firefighters responded to help a cat in a tree.

-5:43 p.m.: open burn. Firefighters conducted an open burn investigation.

-6:13 a.m. to 7:18 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to six calls.
