In Sidney Municipal Court Tuesday, assigned Judge Donald Luce fined Adrian M. Franklin, 33, 824 Park St., Apt. E, $150 and $10 costs and sentenced him to 90 days in jail for obstructing official business. A charge of failure to comply with an officer was dismissed, with $108 costs imposed.
Franklin also was fined $375 and $105.50 costs, his driver’s license was suspended six months, and he was sentenced to 180 days in jail for driving under the influence. He was given two days credit and ordered to obtain counseling and use an alcohol monitor. A charge of driving under the influence (breath) was dismissed. Franklin was fined $200 and sentenced to 15 days in jail for driving under suspension. Dismissed were charges of speeding, traffic control device and expired license plates.
