MONDAY

-5:57 p.m.: warrant. Megan Sudduth, 22, 1527 Willow Place, was served a summons out of Auglaize County Municipal Court.

-4:37 p.m.: possession of drugs. Samantha K. Peterson, 22, 223 ½ E. Court St., was arrested for tampering with evidence and possessing drugs.

-4:52 p.m.: theft. Tisha Hecht, 38, 329 S. Miami Ave., reported the theft of a 42-inch Panasonic flat screen TV, valued at $250, a Philips DVD player, valued at $40, a reclining chair, valued at $100, and a washer and dryer, valued at $50 a piece, from her residence.

-1:49 p.m.: criminal damaging. The driver’s side window on the vehicle owned by Nicholas Terry, 27, 480 Riverside Drive, was reportedly damaged and had $170 stolen from the vehicle that was parked at his residence. The damage is set at $200.

-7:43 a.m.: warrant. Natalie Murray, 31, 416 Oak Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-7:06 a.m.: theft. Heather Opperman, 42, 219 Franklin Ave., Apt. A, reported the theft of a Hi-Point 9 mm firearm, valued at $150, miscellaneous coins, valued at $100, and Winchester ammunition for a 9 mm firearm, valued at $20, from her residence.

-12:53 a.m.: warrant. A 17-year-old male was arrested on a warrant.

SUNDAY

-6:20 p.m.: criminal damaging. Nathaniel Omlor, 30, 1557 Cedarbrook Place, reported the rear window of his 2005 Honda was damaged. The cost of damage is set at $200.

-2:44 p.m.: found property. A grey wallet belonging to Ravan Edwards, 20, at large, was found and turned into the police department. The wallet contained miscellaneous paperwork, several gift cards, three Social Security cards and 36 cents.

-12:57 a.m.: assault. A warrant was issued after an alleged assault was reported.

SATURDAY

-4:46 p.m.: warrant. Joseph R. Hiestand, 25, 236 Jefferson St., Apt 8, was arrested on an active warrant.

-8:03 a.m.: criminal damaging. Brandon Schemmel, 23, 423 N. Miami Ave., reported someone broke out the windshield, rear window and passenger’s side window on his 2016 Chevrolet Camaro. Damage is set at $550.

-3:20 a.m.: domestic violence. Jacob Kinney, 23, 1577 E. Court St., was arrested for domestic violence and resisting arrest.

FRIDAY

-3:44 p.m.: warrant. Donald Hewitt, 40, 750 Broadway Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-2:34 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report made by Pizza Hut on West Russell Road of the theft of services in the amount of $388.94. Sidney Police Capt. Jerry Tangeman said the business received several phone calls during a four day period from someone placing “bogus pizza orders.” The police department determined the calls came from the same Internet phone address. Tangeman said they are working with Internet providers to identify the source of the calls.

-12:32 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report made by Tom Kinninger, 69, 414 S. Miami Ave., of the theft of utilities, in the amount of $1,000, from his residence and of damage of some household wires. The cost of damage is set at $100.

-8:24 a.m.: theft. Larry Berry, 69, 621 Broadway Ave., reported the theft of four, 20-inch, chrome, car rims from his residence.

-8:16 a.m.: warrant. Justin Cost, 29, of Springfield, was arrested on a warrant.

THURSDAY

-5:37 p.m.: theft. Gerald Christman, 51, 616 Maxwell Place, reported the theft of a black combination lock Sentry safe, valued at $150, $1,623 in cash, a Citizen watch, valued at $350, and life insurance policy documents, from his residence. A police investigation continues.

-1:31 p.m.: theft. Sarahjean Kariz, 23, of Maplewood, reported the theft of her grey Maurices wallet containing her Ohio driver’s license, $10, three U.S. Bank cards and an Amazon gift card, from Anytime Fitness on Michigan Street.

Crashes

George Snowden, 88, 726 Kathy Ave., was cited with failure to yield after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 6:02 p.m.

Snowden was traveling westbound on Russell Road when he attempted to turn left onto Fourth Avenue and struck the driver’s side of the eastbound vehicle on Russell Road that was driven by Terry Bateman, 60, 505 Urban Ave.

• Philip Eilerman, 58, 51 Elm St., was cited with improper backing after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 10:06 a.m.

Eilerman was parked in front of 102 E. Poplar St., facing southeast, when he began to back-up and struck a southbound vehicle that was stopped in traffic on East Poplar Street.

The other vehicle was driven by Naaman Branscum, 86, 301 Sophia Ave.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-5:49 a.m.: mutual aid. Firefighters responded for the mutual aid of Fort Loramie Fire Department.

-12:31 to 3:51 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to three calls.

MONDAY

-6:16 to 7:51 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to six calls.

-10:49 p.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to a false fire alarm.

SUNDAY

-4:44 p.m.: crash. Medics responded to an automobile crash.

-1:14 p.m.: gas leak. Crews responded to the 700 block of Hoewisher Road for a gas leak.

-3:11 a.m. to 4:16 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to four calls.

SATURDAY

-7:53 p.m.: open burn. Firefighters conducted an open burn investigation. The fire was not in compliance with the city code.

-7:35 p.m.: gas odor. Firefighters conducted an odor investigation.

-4:17 p.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to a false fire alarm.

-midnight to 7:46 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to seven calls.

FRIDAY

-3:27 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on a call.
