FRIDAY

-1:31 p.m.: found property. Deputies took a report at the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office on Gearhart Road that a needle was found.

-10:26 a.m.: trespassing. Deputies were dispatched to 4483 State Route 48 in Loramie Township on the report of a trespassing.

Crashes

No one was cited following a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 7:52 a.m.

Ethan Roe, 18, 665 Ridgeway Drive, Sidney was traveling southbound on state Route 29 when he was unable to stop in time and rear-ended the stopped vehicle in front of him that was driven by Marc Kirtley, 43, 2729 Leslie Lane, Sidney.

Fire, rescue

FRIDAY

-2:54 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Van Buren Township Fire Department were dispatched to the 8900 block of state Route 274 in Van Buren Township.

-10:03 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 15700 block of Meranda Road in Franklin Township.

-6:18 a.m.: fire. Perry Port Salem Rescue, Maplewood, Port Jefferson, Quincy, Rosewood, and Sidney Fire Departments were dispatched to 7555 Logan Shelby Road in Perry Township on the report of structure fire.

-3:12 a.m.: fire. Anna Rescue and Fire Department and Van Buren Township Fire Department were dispatched to Dorothy Love on Cisco Road in Clinton Township for a fire alarm.

-12:50 a.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue and Port Jefferson Fire Department responded to the 5500 block of state Route 29 in Perry Township.

THURSDAY

-10:07 p.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue and Deputies responded to the 6100 block of Jackson Road in Perry Township.

-8:50 p.m.: crash with injuries. The Ohio State Patrol, Sidney Medics, Anna Rescue, Botkins Fire Department and Police responded to mile-marker 102 on Interstate 75 south in Dinsmore Township on the report of a one-vehicle rollover.

Ohio State Patrol Troopers investigate a one-vehicle rollover, shortly after 9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 25, that occurred at mile-marker 102 in the southbound lane of Interstate 75 just south of the state Route 274 overpass. The driver was cited with failure to control after a tire on the northbound vehicle blew, causing it to rollover multiple times before coming to a stop in the left lane of I-75 south. Two occupants were transported by Sidney Medics to Wilson Health with minor injuries.
