In Sidney Municipal Court Wednesday, assigned Judge Donald Luce fined Jordan Mabes, 26, 1437 Children’s Home Road, $150 and $113 costs and sentenced him to 30 days in jail for menacing, amended from aggravated menacing. He was given two days credit and ordered to obtain a mental health evaluation.

• Tammy M. Renfro, 40, 503 Jackson St., Jackson Center, child endangering, $150 fine and $132 costs, 60 days jail (30 days suspended).

• Earl N. Tucker, 25, 725 Campbell Road, driving under the influence (breath), $375 fine, six-month license suspension, five days jail; driving under the influence, dismissed, $128 costs; failure to reinstate license, $75 fine; starting/backing, dismissed, $10 costs.

• Richey Mummey, 24, 4758 Stoker Road, Houston, disorderly conduct (amended from violating a temporary protection order), $75 fine and $113 costs.

• Sidney Johnson Jr., 715 Park St., hours/parks, forfeited $126 bond.

• Cameron D. Sharp, 23, 231 Helen Court, speeding, $30 fine and $105 costs.

• Aimee M. Geise, 34, 840 S. Walnut Ave., right of way, $25 fine and $105 costs.

• Michael B. Pleiman, 65, 13287 State Route 29, Anna, traffic control device, $25 fine and $105 costs.
