WEDNESDAY

-1:05 a.m.: theft. Meera Good, 41, 1001 Fourth Ave., reported the theft of her cellphone, valued at $25, which was taken from the area of 1001 Fourth Ave.

TUESDAY

-5:01 p.m.: criminal damaging. Heather Davis, 22, 230 N. West Ave., reported the past damage of the driver’s side mirror on her vehicle.

-1:38 p.m.: warrant. April D. Lewis, 34, of Piqua, was arrested on a warrant.

-12:54 p.m.: criminal damaging. Rt 47 Storage on Fair Road reported damage to a metal wall and the theft of a metal brace, valued at $50. Damage is set at $300.

MONDAY

-8:06 p.m.: criminal trespass. Police are investigating the trespassing report made by Walmart on Michigan Street.

Crashes

Brittany Flohre, 32, of St. Paris, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 5:21 p.m.

Flohre was traveling eastbound on East Court Street when she rear-ended the vehicle in front of her that was slowing down for traffic.

The other vehicle was driven by Stacie Riesenbeck, 37, of Fletcher.

• Kevin Keller, 52, of Piqua, was cited with right of way when turning left after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 4:59 p.m.

Keller was traveling westbound on Fair Road and after turning right onto Hampton Court and then immediately left into the driveway 2190 Fair Road, he struck a southbound vehicle on Hampton Court.

The other vehicle was driven by Austin Knight, 18, 1088 S. Kuther Road.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-7:51 a.m.: crash. Medics responded to an automobile crash.

-1:07 to 7:20 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to four calls.

TUESDAY

-3:44 p.m.: odor. Firefighters conducted an odor investigation. Nothing was found.

-7:35 a.m. to 10:28 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.
