In Sidney Municipal Court Thursday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller sentenced Brandon L. Steele, 28, 718 Lynn St., to 30 days in jail for disorderly conduct, amended from inducing panic. The judge also imposed $138 costs and gave Steele one day credit.
