In Sidney Municipal Court Wednesday, assigned Judge Donald Luce fined Jennfier L. Johnson, 45, 431 1/2 S. Ohio Ave., $150 and $111 costs and sentenced her to 90 days in jail for assault. She also was ordered to undergo anger/rage evaluation.

• Jacob S. Braun, 19, 3366 Patterson-Halpin Road, Houston, physical control under the influence (amended from driving under the influence), $375 fine and $103 costs, six-month license suspensin, five days jail, Shelby County Intervention Program; driving under the influence (breath), dismissed, $10 costs; white light emitted from rear of vehicle, dismissed; prohibitions (underage possession of alcohol), dismissed.

In Municipal Court Tuesday, Luce fined Benjamin C. Barger, 31, 1117 Morris Ave., $50 and $211 costs and sentenced him to 180 days in jail for receiving stolen property. He also was fined $50 and $255 costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail on another count of receiving stolen property, with 14 days credit given. On a third count of the same offense, he was fined $50 and $10 costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail.
Barger also was fined $50 and $234 costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail (90 days suspended) for attempted escape and fined $50 and $138 costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail (10 days suspended) for obstructing official business.
• Robert M. Brun, 25, 846 Crescent Drive, drug abuse, $100 fine and $138 costs, six-month license suspension, 30 days jail; driving under the influence (breath), $375 fine and $128 costs, six-month license suspension, 100 days jail (one day credit); reasonable control, dismissed, $10 costs; driving under suspension, $100 fine and $136 costs, 80 hours community service.
