-10:36 a.m.: injury. Fort Loramie Rescue was called to the first block of North Main Street, Fort Loramie.

-11:51 p.m.: alarm. Anna Fire was called to 308 W. North St., Anna, by a fire alarm.

-5:51 p.m.: fire. Fort Loramie Fire was called to the 12000 block of Thurman Drive. Someone was burning leaves in the area.

-4:47 p.m.: dead on arrival. Russia Fire and Houston Rescue were called to the 3000 block of Miller Road.

-4:12 p.m.: fire. Fort Loramie Fire was called to 11531 State Route 66. Smoke was coming from a duct.

-3:56 p.m.: fire. Fort Loramie Fire was called to 12044 Thelma Drive. Someone was burning leaves in the area.
