SIDNEY – Sidney High School will present the “Moonlight Majesty” 2018 senior/junior prom on April 28 in the Sidney High School gymnasium from 8 to 11 p. m.
Sidney High School has announced this year’s prom court.
Queen candidates include Lauren Baker, daughter of Bill and Julie Baker; Morgan Carey, daughter of Shanda and Brian Green and the late Brien Carey; Kara Frantom, daughter of Scott and Tracie Frantom; Addison Hudgins, daughter of Chris Hudgins and Tish Icenogle-Hudgins; and Noel Spillers, daughter of Mindy Spillers and James Lloyd.
King candidates include Lucas Finke, son of Eric and Leah Finke; Gavin Miller, son of Chad and Fran Miller; Troy Oltman, son of Curtis and Maureen Oltman; Logan Searcy, son of John and Dianna Searcy; and Zane Walker, son of Chris and Kelly Walker.
Tickets for prom are $10 each and will be sold before and after school in Mandy Gutman’s room (A-122) and during lunch outside of the cafeteria.
After prom festivities will take place at Vandemark Farms from 11:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.
After prom includes a buffet of pizza, wings, subs, chips/salsa, cookies, and drinks, a photo booth, Minute-to-Win-It games, cards, and activities around the farm including the zip line, giant swing, mini golf, bon fire, corn hole, and giant Jenga. There will be drawings for door prizes throughout the night with grand prizes given at the end – must be present to win!
After prom tickets are $7 and can be purchased at the high school outside the cafeteria during lunch or before/after school in the library. All food and activities are included in the ticket price, so no money is needed once the students get there.
