SIDNEY — The annual Fairlawn Fall Festival will be held Friday, Oct. 26, at Fairlawn Local School, located at 18800 Johnston Road, Sidney. The festival will feature games, food, and prizes.
The Harvest Café will be open from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and will be serving homemade chili, sandwiches, pizza, Spot pies and more. Festival games will be open from 6 to 9 p.m. Activities include such events as a Bake Walk, face painting, haunted house, bounce house, mini golf, carnival games, 50/50 raffle and prize raffle.
Many of the games and events are sponsored by several club organizations within Fairlawn as their organizations’ fundraisers. The annual raffle held the night of the festival allows ticket purchasers a chance to win items such as a TV, Cincinnati Reds tickets, outdoor fire pit, bike, OSU rug, numerous gift cards and gift baskets, as well as other amazing items.
Raffle tickets are available for sale now from Fairlawn students, and will also be available the evening of the festival. Tickets are only $1 each.
The annual fall festival is a fun event that is sponsored by the Fairlawn Education Boosters and helps to provide funding for activities, supplies, scholarships, and other educational needs for grades Pre-K through 12th grade.
All community members and their families are invited and encouraged to attend this fun, family-oriented event.
