DAYTON — The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Dayton has announced more than 75 seminars in its spring program.

Participants can choose to attend as many seminars as they can schedule between March 14 and May 9. Classes convene on the campus of the University of Dayton.

Among the offerings are “Ohio History,” “The World of Jazz,” “Airlift Adventures,” “Architecture in Dayton,” “The History of the Kentucky Derby,” “Films of Jeanette McDonald and Nelson Eddy,” “The Reds — Present and Past,” “Modern Country Music,” “Spring Bird Walks,” “Staying Secure in an Online World” and “Aging Gracefully.”

UD’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute is not a typical college offering, as there are no exams or grades. The only requirement is that participants must be at least 50. All seminar moderators are volunteers.
