FORT LORAMIE — Students from the Fort Loramie High School band and choir programs participated in the annual District 11 Ohio Music Educators Association Solo & Ensemble Contest at Milton-Union school recently.

They received the following ratings:

Superior: Lauren Birkmeyer for piccolo, flute and vocal solos; Collin Luthman for trombone solo; Kayla rosengarten for alto saxophone solo; Lydia Stricker for clarinet solo.

Excellent: Chloe Alexander for vocal solo; Tom Ballas for piano solo; Miranda Berning for vocal solo; Cecily Keller for vocal solo; Makenzie Ranly for vocal solo.
