PIQUA — The Piqua-Lewis Boyer Daughters of the American Revolution met to honor local students from Miami and Shelby Counties at its annual awards tea at the Piqua Westminster Presbyterian Church recently.

Rachel Schmitmeyer, of Fort Loramie High School, and Molly Kerns, of Russia High School, tied for second place for the Good Citizens Award; Spencer Hina, of Fairlawn High School, and Ethan Young, of Christian Academy Schools, won Good Citizens Awards.
