FINDLAY — Samantha Sayre, of Sidney, will perform in the University of Findlay’s Jazz Ensemble Spring Concert. “All Blues” will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 20, in Winebrenner Theological Seminary’s TLB Auditorium.
