NHS welcomes new members

SIDNEY — Christian Academy Schools held their National Honor Society Inductions on Wednesday, Feb. 17. The speaker for the event was Andrew Ditmer, an alumna of CAS, class of 2013 and a member of the NHS. Ditmer spoke to the students about how each of the pillars applies to their lives right now. He also recognized all the work parents put into helping the students achieve their goals.

Current NHS members Kylie Oglesby and Addison Morris explained the pillars to the student body. Mrs. Janay Michael, the NHS adviser, introduced the new members, seniors Laurel Chalfant, daughter of Wayne Chalfant and Jennifer Chalfant, and Cassidy Rhoades, daughter of Berry and Kelly Rhoades.
