PIQUA — Upper Valley Career Center Student Services Director Matt Meyer has released the names of the Career Center’s High School Students-of-the-Month for February.

According to Meyer, students are named for the honor to recognize extra effort, leadership, scholarship, citizenship and community service.

The Shelby County recipients for February are: Fort Loramie: Samantha Bensman; Jackson Center: Ashton Irwin; Russia: Hannah Cohee; and Sidney: Nina Dishon.
