MILWAUKEE, Wisc. — David Wilson, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, received a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Marquette University here in recent ceremonies.

Wilson, son of Rebecca and David Wilson, of Sidney, is a 2010 graduate of Troy High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and is now enrolled in the engineering doctoral program at Marquette University.

He was named Research Assistant of the Year by Marquette and was recently notified by the Marquette engineering professorial staff that his research on combustion and fuels will be published in academic journals.
