Ohio State Lima celebrates academic achievement, graduates

LIMA — The Ohio State University at Lima celebrated its graduates and academic award winners at an Academic Celebration on Friday, April 21, 2017. Those students earning their Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degrees will walk in commencement ceremonies at Ohio Stadium at noon, May 7, 2017.

Department awards presented to local students included Haley Richard, of Anna, who was honored by the education department.

Associate of Arts degrees were awarded to Regan Hahn and Clifton John Perryman, both of Minster; Mitchell Robert Craft, of New Bremen; Cody Joseph King, of DeGraff; Megan Annette Subler, of Maria Stein; Alex Brunswick and Dakota Denney, both of Anna; Mitchell Robert Goubeaux, of Botkins; Pauline Nicole Meyer, of Jackson Center; McKayla Paige Kellerman, of Maplewood; and Anthony Lee Gillem, of Pemberton;

A Bachelor of Arts degree was awarded to David Luke Braun, of Jackson Center.

Bachelor of Science degrees were awarded to Emilee Christine Smith, of DeGraff; Claire Elizabeth Hemmelgarn, of Maria Stein; Kayla Ann Blankenship and Hayley Elizabeth Richard, both of Anna; Logan Audrey Pitts, of Botkins; and Douglas Ray Roller, of Sidney.
