Atterholt named Heidelberg University homecoming queen

TIFFIN — Paige Atterholt, a senior Education major from DeGraff, Ohio, was selected to be a member of the 2015 homecoming court at Heidelberg University.

The campus community selected seniors Brandon McNeil and Atterholt as this year’s homecoming king and queen.

The university concluded its weeklong homecoming celebration on Saturday, Oct. 3, with the theme “Heidelberg Hoedown.” The members of the homecoming court participated in a pageant/showcase prior to voting earlier in the week. Other events included a residence hall decoration contest, a bonfire and pep rally, square dancing, “kountry” karoke and the Homecoming Hustle 5K run. Crowing of the king and queen took place following Heidelberg’s football win over Otterbein University.
