GREENVILLE — Time to Revive, a Dallas-based ministry committed to pursuing revival in the U.S. and beyond, is making its way to Darke County, Ohio, from Aug. 7-13 for reviveOHIO. Kyle Lance Martin, who started the movement in Dallas, Texas, in 2007, and members of his team are bringing the spark of revival they’ve experienced in many other states here to Darke County. reviveOHIO’s mission is to see the body of Christ revived by making disciples to impact the state and transform the nation.

“This is a way to reach the hurting and lost without cramming religion down their throats,” Martin said at a meeting in Greenville, June 28.

Pastor Steve Harman, of Living Waters Ministry in Versailles, said Time to Revive shifted a meeting in London to come to Darke County because they felt it was where the Lord wants them next. Many are sensing that this revival will be unlike any we have ever seen.

Each day begins with prayer at 7 a.m., a free breakfast at 8 a.m. and then outreach. Teams will hit the streets to talk and pray with the hurting and the lost, showing the same love and compassion Jesus showed when he walked the streets of Judea. After another round of lunch, training and outreach, each day culminates with a free dinner and a 7 p.m. praise and worship service at the host church, EUM Church, 1451 Sater St. in Greenville.

Martin said hundreds of volunteers throughout the United States will be coming to Darke County to help in this revival effort. Host families are desperately needed. Anyone who has a spare bedroom and would like to extend hospitality to these volunteers should contact Michelle McIllravy at 701-739-2439.

Everyone is invited and welcome to take part in the revival.
