SIDNEY — The Holy Angels Outreach Committee will present a talk by Linda Thieman, “Haiti,” Aug. 23, at 7 p.m., in the Holy Angels School cafeteria.

The talk is free and open to the public.

Area residents have made many dresses for needy children in Haiti. Thieman has delivered more than 1,100 of them. Her talk will concern how the dresses have helped to educate Haitian girls.
