SIDNEY — The Rev. David Doseck will present a talk, “Living the Faith in Daily Life,” Wednesday, Nov. 8, during the annual Live the Faith Ladies Luncheon presented by the Athenaeum of Ohio at noon in the Shelby Oaks Golf Club, 9900 Sidney-Freyburg Road.

Doseck grew up in Botkins, attending church in Immaculate Conception Parish. He entered college seminary at the Pontifical College Josephinum, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. Speaking of his discernment, he says, “The calling to the priesthood was made visible to me, first and foremost, in the faith witness of my parents in our home.”

Father Doseck was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati May 2017 and serves as the parochial vicar at St. John Fisher and St. Veronica in Cincinnati.
