To the editor:

In this year’s election we have a clear choice in our vote for the senator who will represent us in the United States Senate. In my evaluation of the two candidates, I value the record each candidate has established more than what the campaign ads say. Jim Renacci’s record is a record of voting for reducing taxes, passing pro-life legislation, and supporting policies that encourage job creation by private businesses. Sherrod Brown’s record is a record of increasing taxes (he voted against the tax reductions in December 2017), voting against pro-life legislation (he voted against the partial birth abortion ban), and in his 44 years in office regularly voted to increase government spending and creating more government bureaucracy and government jobs. After I compare these two records, my vote will be for Jim Renacci.
