To the editor:

Gary Carter has been a strong community leader in Shelby County. He has been president of two service groups, the Sidney Kiwanis and the Sidney Jaycees. Gary is also active in planning and being the emcee at the Fort Loramie Men’s conference. In Turtle Creek Township where he resides, Gary serves on the township zoning board. Gary, a private pilot, also serves on the Sidney Airport Advisory Board.
