To the editor:

FISH of Shelby County would like to thank the postal workers who recently collected so much food to help fill several local food pantries. FISH was appreciative of the extra work it takes for the postal workers to gather these supplies and bring them back to the post office. We want them to know it is worth their time and effort!

Thanks also to all who donated food and personal care items. The clients at FISH who receive food from our pantry benefit greatly from a community that works together to help care for one another. When we all pitch in and do a little, then a lot of good can happen and lives are blessed.

The post office workers and good people of our local communities and neighborhoods certainly do their part and FISH of Shelby County is grateful!
