To the editor:

On behalf of the Miami Valley Veterans Museum and 4th of July Parade we would like to thank all the volunteers including those that furnished and drove cars for the Troy City Officials, those that participated, made monetary donations, loaned vehicles, and gave free coupons to be given to the veterans. Without all your many acts of kindness our parade would not be possible.

This is a list of those that gave donations and hopefully I have gotten the names of every business that made this possible. Culvers, Marion’s Pizza, Jimmy Johns, Lincoln Square, Outback Steak House, Poppa Johns, Fazolis, Submarine House, KFC, Ording’s, El Sombrero, Taco Bell, LaFiesta, Burger King, Logan’s Steakhouse, K’s Restaurant, Bob Evans, Baird Funeral Home, Fisher Chaney Funeral Home, Troy Sports Center, Troy Corvette Club, Smith O’Neal VFW Post, Independent Auto Sales, Troy Ford, Erwin Chrysler, and Joe Johnson.

Again a big thank you for your support of our veterans and the community and we look forward to seeing you and your family at the parade again next year.
