To the editor:
I am not telling anyone how to vote. But I would like to remind a few rural residents that” if something works do not change it.”
I have been with Pioneer Rural for over 60 years, at one location or another.
I can count on one hand the number of times I have been without service, this includes a couple of blizzards.
If I had to call them, they would tell me how long the electric would be off. They would be true to their words.
It is such a comfort to know you have electric even when many other places did not. I would pray for people who has no electric and that they would get a company who would always be there for them.
I have no idea of what wholesale power is … but when you vote do some research. All I know is that I am more than pleased to be a member-owner of Pioneer. Oh yes … owner-membership … I forgot to mention … all members of Pioneer gets a refund one time a year. What all does this one that wants our vote offer in comparison?
