Local bowler Latimer rollshis 4th 300 of the season

Local bowler Kegan Latimer added to what has already been an amazing season in bowling at Bel-Mar Lanes.

Last Friday night, while subbing in the Friday Night Fun League, Latimer rolled his fourth perfect 300 game of the still-young season on his way to a 691 series.

Bel-Mar’s Mike Knoop said the four 300 games are the most anyone has rolled in one season at Bel-Mar and “we still have two-thirds of the season left.”

Latimer has now rolled seven 300 games in his career and is averaging 233.

Last Friday night, he started out with a 203, then rolled the 300, and finished with a 181.

Meanwhile, Ryan Yinger added his name to the list of bowlers rolling 300 games this season at Bel-Mar. His came in the Tuesday Major League, and it came in the middle of a series that also included games of 255 and 258 for an impressaive 813 series.

Yinger has now bowled four perfect games in his career, and he set a new personal high with his first 800 series. He is averaging 231.

Clint Limbert also rolled an 800 series recently, and also in the Major League. He had games of 247, 280 and 288 for an 815 series. It was also the first 800 series of his career, and he is now averaging 214.

Bel-Mar has now had ten 300 games this season and three 800 series.
