Staff report

SIDNEY — Sidney Post 217 was scheduled to play a pair of doubleheaders over the weekend, but the rain washed both of them out, Saturday at Findlay and Sunday at home against Muncie.

The team returns to action Tuesday at Piqua in a 9-inning game beginning at 6:30, then returns home to play Greenville on Wednesday, also a 9-inning game at 6:30.

After that, the team will compete in the Best of Ohio Showcase starting on Thursday.

Post 217 will play MVP-Koopman Thursday at 12:15 at Athletes in Action, then play at the Annex Field in Springfield at 1:30 pon Friday, and at Wittenberg at 6 p.m. Friday.

Whether Sidney will play on Saturday depends on how those three games go.
