Lehman girls soccer standout Sarah Fuller has been named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-Central Region team, it was announced this week.
The designation is one step above All-Ohio honors and just one step below All-American honors, according to her coach, Jeremy Lorenzo.
“What a tremendous honor for Sara,” Lorenzo said.
Fuller was named the Western Ohio Soccer League’s Player of the Year, the district player of the year, and All-Ohio. In addition, she was named a WOSL Scholar-Athlete.
Her selection to the all-region team marks the fourth consecutive year a Lehman player has received the designation. Ashley Keller earned the honor last year, Karly Baird in 2014 and Sarah Titterington in 2013.
