Sidney was scheduled to play at Xenia, but the game was moved to Sidney’s field Friday.

The Lady Jackets were the visitors, but it didn’t matter – they rolled to a 13-1 victory to even their record on the year at 3-3.

Summer Inman, Grace Shell, Kacie Swiger and Morgan Carey all had two hits for Sidney. Inman scored four times, Swiger drove in three runs, and Shell and Carey both drove in two. One of Carey’s hits was a double.

Shell was the winning pitcher, striking out nine on a two-hitter.

Minster 10, Houston 4

MINSTER — Houston fell to 1-3 after losing at Minster 10-4 in non-league play Friday.

Allisen Foster had two hits and two RBIs for Houston, Sarah Monnier drove in two, and Jess Monnier singled and doubled.
