HOUSTON — Houston spotted Fort Recovery two runs in the top of the first, then scored the next 12 to win 12-2 in five innings in non-league softball Friday at Houston.
The Lady Wildcats move to 8-6 with the win.
Brooklyn Felver struck out four and pitched a two-hitter, and also singled and homered for Houston.
Allie Foster had three hits, Jenna Jarrett and Sarah Monnier both singled and doubled, Addie White had two singles and drove in three and Jess Monnier drove in two.

Minster 13, Spencerville 5
MINSTER — The Minster Lady Wildcats upped their record on the year to 13-5 with an 11-0 shutout of Spencerville in five innings Friday at Minster.
The Lady Wildcats scored all 11 runs in the first two innings.
Laney Hemmelgarn, Danielle Barhorst and Taylor Homan all had two hits apiece for Minster and Barhorst drove in two runs.

Versailles 21, Anna 0
ANNA — Versailles got four in the second, then exploded for 10 in the third en route to a 21-0 rout of Anna in non-league softball at Anna Friday.
Hailey McEldowney was 5-for-5 with three runs scored and six driven in for Versailles. One of her hits was a grand slam home run and she also had two doubles.
Sarah Gigandet had four hits in five trips, scored three times and drove in four, with one of her hits being a triple.
Brynna Blakeley, Caitlin McEldowney, Kami McEldowney and Cori Lawrence all had two hits apiece, and Lawrence and Hannah Barga also had doubles.

COVINGTON — Russia went on the road and routed a good Covington squad 13-6 in non-league action Friday.
The Lady Raiders are now 13-4 and Covington 11-5.
