The Shelby Oaks Senior Men’s Golf League met on Monday with 69 players competing in the game of the day, which was “Scramble low team net”.

The north course winning team with a 27.5 were Bruce Herider, Dave Durbin, Jim Boyer and Joe Holthaus. On the south course, the winning team with a 25.2 were Steve Apple, Jim Burkart and Fred Smith. The team of Mark Hughes, Ed Johnson, Orrin Tucker and Dwight Wilges won on the west course with a 29.1

Congratulation go out to Steve Apple for a hole in one on #8 hole on the south course.

On Monday, Aug. 21, the game will be “Pink Panther — low team net”.

Players are also reminded to sign up for the next road trip, which will be Aug. 17 at Arrowhead in Minster.
