Fischer shoots 88

The Northwest Division 2 District Tournament was held Monday at Sycamore Springs Golf Course, and Minster’s Alli Fischer shot an 88.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make it to the state tournament. Minster did not qualify as a team, and Fischer came up short of advancing as one of three individuals not on a qualifying team.

She was 11th overall in the tournament.

As a team, Minster placed eighth out of 12 teams with a 393. In addition to Fischer, Hannah Koening shot 100, Lisa Borges 101 and Sara Huwer 104. All four return for the Lady Wildcats next season.
