Sidney and Minster won playoff games last Friday to advance to regional semifinal contests this Friday, and both schools are offering presale tickets.

Presale tickets are $8 compared to $9 at the gate, and participating schools get to keep a portion of all presale ticket sales.

All Ohio playoff games are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. starts on Friday.

Sidney vs. Cincinnati LaSalle, Miamisburg’s Holland Field

Sidney will face three-time defending Division II state champion La Salle in a Region 8 semifinal on Friday at Miamisburg’s Holland Field.

Holland Field opened last season and seats nearly 6,000 spectators. The stadium is completely made of up chairback seats.

Sidney will be the visiting team on Friday night and wear road jerseys, but due to an expected large crowd, Sidney fans will sit on the home side at Holland Field.

Presale tickets for Friday’s game will begin on Wednesday morning at Sidney High School and the district’s other outlets: Ernst Sporting Goods, Downtown Barbershop and Lochard Inc.

Tickets will be sold in the Sidney High School athletic office (room D102) from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and during normal business hours at the ticket outlets from Wednesday until 4 p.m. on Friday.

Parking at Miamisburg High School is $3.

Minster vs. Convoy Crestview, Lima Spartan Stadium

Minster will play Convoy Crestview in a Division VII, Region 28 semifinal on Friday at Lima Spartan Stadium.

Presale tickets will be sold at the Minster High School office from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, tickets will be sold at the elementary school from 7:45 to 8:15 a.m. and from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the high school office.
