The Russia Junior-Senior Prom was held Saturday evening, April 30, at the St. Remy Hall. The dinner banquet started at 6:30. The hall was decorated by the junior class and the theme chosen was “A Tale As Old As Time.” Senior students entertained the juniors, seniors and their dates, senior parents and school staff with the class history, class poem, class prophecy and class will. The crowning of the king and queen of the junior-senior prom took place after the banquet and speeches. Elizabeth Adams, daughter of Mike and Deanna Adams, was crowned queen. Andrew Ball, son of Rick and Connie Ball, was crowned king. After Prom was held at Russia School from midnight to 1:30 a.m. Activities were planned for all the students and gifts were awarded.
