Sidney City Planning Commission

SIDNEY — The Sidney City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, Jan. 22, at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers.

The commission will consider the request of of Michael Heintz for a replat to create two new lots from a single lot located on the south side of a Hoewisher Road, west of Wapakoneta Avenue, in the R-1, single family residence district.

A public hearing will be held on the request of Brian Winemiller for the rezoning of 12 parcels located near the intersection of Main Avenue and Jefferson Street, in the B-1, local business to B-2 community business district.

Vacant Property Board Of Review

SIDNEY — The Vacant Property Board Of Review will hold a meeting on Wednesday, appeal. 23 at 3 p.m. in council chambers in the Municipal Building.

The requested appeal of Royce A. Link on behalf of Arthur Spreen will be revisited for the determination of a vacant property at 402 Riverside Drive.
