WEDNESDAY

-12:11 p.m.: probation violation. Shelbi Brandyberry, 30, at large, was arrested for probation violation, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

TUESDAY

-10:04 p.m.: driving under the influence. Jay Olivieri, 58, 855 Fair Road, was arrested for driving while under the influence.

-5 p.m.: theft. Shanika Jones, 25, 523 N. Miami Ave., was arrested for theft after Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of $180.

-9 a.m.: theft. Roma Teglas, 40, 523 N. Miami Ave., reported the theft of a Boost cell phone from his residence.

Crashes

Jay Olivieri, 58, 855 Fair Road, was cited for failure to control after a crash on Tuesday at 8: 25 p.m.

Olivieri was headed northeast on Fair Road when he turned onto Center Avenue, went off the roadway and struck a utility pole head-on at 855 Fair Road. Olivieri then left the scene to park behind the residence and returned to await officer arrival.

• James Knasel, 32, 301 ½ S. Main Ave., was cited for starting and backing after a crash on Wednesday at 8:05 p.m.

Knasel was backing out of a parking spot on the south side of South Street when he struck another vehicle, which was headed eastbound.

The other vehicle was driven by Isaiah Freeman, 16, 710 W. Hoewisher Road.

-2:58 to 8:46 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.

WEDNESDAY

-9:36 p.m.: gas odor. Crews responded to the report of a gas odor, but found nothing.

-3:57 to 9:55 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.
