More Than Twenty Countries Represented at UNOH’s 18th Annual International Day

The University of Northwestern Ohio is hosting the 18th International Day on Wednesday, Nov. 16, in the UNOH Event Center from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The theme for this event is “Passport to Culture” and features a large involvement of students with multiple countries being represented. This event is free and open to all.

Diabetic support group

The Diabetic Support Group will meet on Monday evening, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. in Conference Room 1 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital (JTDMH). The morning class will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 10 a.m.

The program for November will focus on managing stress. All diabetics, family members and interested persons are invited to attend. For more information contact the hospital (419) 394-3335, ext. 2147.

Parkinson’s and stroke/brain injury support group

The Parkinson’s and Stroke/Brain Injury Support Groups will be having a combined year-end party this month on Monday, Nov. 14 from 1-2:30 p.m. in conference room 1 at the JTDMH.

The topic for our celebration meeting is “Undress your Stress, Fun Ways to De-stress”. There will not be a support group meeting in the month of December.

Auglaize County Library will host “From Auglaize County to The Moon”

The event will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 5 p.m., at White Memorial Library (State Route 67), Waynesfield. The event is free and open to the public. For more information about this or other Historical Society programming, please email [email protected] or call (419) 738-9328.
