TUESDAY

-12:29 a.m.: criminal mischief. Jonathan Cotterman, 33, 1842 Robert Place, reported someone threw eggs on his vehicle while it was parked in the driveway at his residence.

MONDAY

-9:41 p.m.: criminal damaging. Jalen Block, 20, reported someone cut his tires in the 1000 block of Morris Avenue.

-7:10 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Justin Detty, 33, of Wapakoneta, on an active warrant through Sidney Municipal Court at Foodzis in Botkins.

-8:42 a.m.: contempt. Police arrested Brian King, 32, 2325 Collins Ave., Apt. D, on a warrant.

SUNDAY

-11:31 p.m.: assault. Police arrested a male juvenile for assault, harassment, disorderly conduct – intoxicated annoy or alarm, and disorderly conduct – offensive gesture or noise in the are of Wapakoneta Avenue and East Hoewisher Road.

-5:27 p.m.: burglary. Ann Allenbaugh, 51, 1710 Wapakoneta Ave., reported someone broke into her home and took a computer and cash.

-10:48 a.m.: contempt. Police arrested Curtis Valent, 33, 832 Taft St., on a warrant.

-2:15 a.m.: operating a vehicle under the influence. Police arrested Nola Williams, 55, 719 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. A, for OVI.

SATURDAY

-12:50 a.m.: operating a vehicle under the influence. Police arrested Matthew Bateman, 33, 824 Lynn St., for OVI and driving under an OVI suspension at Campbell Road and Interstate 75.

FRIDAY

-10:41 p.m.: warrant service. Police arrested Bernard O’Reilly, 28, 227 Brooklyn Ave., on an active warrant out of Miami County.

-2:27 a.m.: drug abuse. Suspicious activity was reported in the area of 206 Charles Ave. Police arrested Austin Arnold, 19, 815 Lynn St., and a 16-year-old male. $10 worth of marijuana was recovered during the incident.

-1:43 a.m.: burglary. Leslie Kimbler, 30, 334 ½ Grove St., reported someone broke into her residence and took several items.

THURSDAY

-4:19 p.m.: warrant service. Police arrested John Davis, 45, 230 N. Walnut Ave., on an active felony warrant out of Miami County. He had a syringe on his person when arrested. Police also arrested Kakob Young, 21, 5156 Frazier-Guy Road, for criminal trespassing. He had a syringe on his person when arrested.

-3:01 p.m.: theft. Jonathan Sanders, 26, 516 N. Ohio Ave., reported someone stole his bike.

-7:35 a.m.: burglary. Troy Huddleston, 20, 1117 Amherst Drive, Apt. F3, reported someone entered his residence through a window and removed two gaming systems and a television.

WEDNESDAY

-7:02 p.m.: theft. Stacy LeMaster, 58, 626 Mohican Court, reported someone stole various items of clothing from her home.

-6:07 p.m.: theft. Kroger Fuel reported a possible drive-off.

-7:40 a.m.: theft. Mark Shipman, 57, 76 McCloskey-School Road, reported someone removed components to his central air unit at 820 Lynn St.

Accidents

David Kelly, 33, of Texas, was cited for failure to control after an accident on Monday at 10:46 p.m.

Kelly backed his vehicle into a vehicle parked in the parking lot of Wafflehouse on Folkerth Avenue. He then left the scene. Evidence later indicated that Kelly’s vehicle was the vehicle the police located on a different incident.

• Connie Courter, 72, 6233 Hardin-Wapakoneta Road, was cited for operation of vehicle at a stop sign after an accident on Sunday at 3:14 p.m.

Courter was traveling south bound on North West Avenue approaching the intersection of Pike Street when she pulled out into the intersection in front of a vehicle traveling westbound on Pike Street.

The driver of the other vehicle was Jasmine Ritter, 26, 332 S. Miami Ave.

• Vannessa Leffler, 26, 429 N. Wagner Ave., was cited for improper backing after an accident on Sunday at 11:19 a.m.

Leffler was eastbound on Grove Street at Wagner Avenue stopped at the stop sign when she attempted to back up, striking a vehicle stopped behind her, causing minor damage.

The driver of the other vehicle was Margaret Megrath, 69, 511 Linden Ave.

• Teresa Puthoff, 72, 2480 Wells Road, was cited for obedience to traffic control device after an accident on Saturday at 8:54 a.m.

Puthoff was traveling westbound on West Court Street in the right lane of travel at the intersection of South Ohio Avenue when it struck a vehicle traveling southbound in the left lane of travel on South Ohio Avenue.

The driver of the other vehicle was Anthony Pulfer, 53, 2031 Old English Court.

• David Frick, 66, 215 Charles Ave., was cited for failure to control after an accident on Friday at 1:36 p.m.

Frick was traveling northbound on Brooklyn Avenue in the 400 block when he struck a parked vehicle facing northbound along the curb.

• Michael Simmons, 49, of Michigan, was cited for starting and backing after an accident on Friday at 12:02 p.m.

Simmons was stopped at the light on Campbell Road at Fair Road facing eastbound when he backed up and struck a vehicle stopped behind him.

The driver of the other vehicle was Anne Harrod, 46, 610 Lynn St.

• Brandon Yantis, 29, 1620 Cypress Place, was cited for failure to control after an accident on Friday at 10:17 a.m.

Yantis was traveling eastbound on Michigan Street at Old Vandemark Road in the left lane of travel when he lost control causing the left side of motorcycle to strike the pavement.

• Jesse Greer, 20, 8890 North St., was cited for right of way turning left after an accident on Thursday at 11:37 a.m.

Greer was traveling northbound on South Vandemark Road in the left lane of travel when he made a left turn into a private drive and collided with a vehicle that was traveling southbound on Vandemark Road in the right line of travel.

The driver of the other vehicle was David Edwards, 42, of Urbana.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-1 a.m.: Medics responded to a call.

-12:49 a.m.: Crews responded to the 1800 block of Wapakoneta Avenue for a fire alarm.

MONDAY

-7:58 a.m. to 11:08 p.m.: Medics responded to eight calls.

SUNDAY

-11:55 p.m.: Crews responded to the 1300 block of Sixth Avenue for a Carbon Monoxide investigation.

-3:20 to 11:30 p.m.: Medics responded to six calls.

-3:14 p.m.: Crews responded to West Avenue at Pike Street for an auto accident.

-2:27 p.m.: Medics responded to a call.

-12:34 p.m.: Crews responded to the 600 block of Elizabeth Court for a fire alarm.

-10:36 to 11:44 p.m.: Medics responded to three calls.
