-12:49 p.m.: larceny. Deputies and Jackson Center Police are investigating a report of a theft from a residence in the 16000 block of Montra Road in Dinsmore Township.
-7:02 a.m.: larceny. Deputies are investigating a report of a theft from a vehicle in the 5000 block of state Route 29 in Perry Township.
FRIDAY
-8:14 p.m.: accident with injuries. Deputies are investigating an accident with injuries in the 9000 block of Wright Puthoff Road. Fort Loramie Fire and Rescue responded to the scene.

-12:51 p.m.: accident with injuries. Jackson Center Police, Jackson Center Fire and Anna Rescue were dispatched to the 600 block of East Pike Street in Jackson Center for a two-vehicle accident.
-12:49 p.m.: investigate complaint. Botkins Police investigated a complaint at Steinke’s Marathon, 102 S. Main St., Botkins, that someone had tampered with the gas pumps. Nothing was found.
FRIDAY
-3:07 p.m.: assault. Botkins and Jackson Center Police responded to an alleged assault in the 200 block of Robb Street in Jackson Township.

SUNDAY
-2:45 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was dispatched to the 100 block of East Lynn Street in Botkins.
-1:39 p.m.: sparks. Port Jefferson Fire was dispatched to the 5000 block of Johnston Slagle Road in Perry Township after receiving a report of explosion sparks at the substation.
-8:35 a.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue was dispatched to the 9000 block of Hoying Road in Turtle Creek Township.
-6:59 a.m.: medical. Houston Rescue was dispatched to the 10000 block of Mohawk Court in Washington Township.
SATURDAY
-6:10 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was dispatched to the 1000 block of Shawnee Drive in Clinton Township.
-6:08 p.m.: fire. Anna and Lockington Fire Departments were dispatched to NK Parts, 2640 Campbell Road, Sidney, for a box alarm.
-6:07 p.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue was dispatched to the 700 block of Fulton Street in Sidney.
-3:52 p.m.: accident with injuries. Deputies and Fort Loramie Fire and Rescue were dispatched to state Route 66 at Basinburg Road in Cynthian Township for an accident involving three motorcycles.
-1:45 p.m.: wash down. Botkins Fire was dispatched to Heiland Kies and Wells roads in Dinsmore Township for a wash down when a vehicle’s gas tank lost a large quantity of fuel on the road.
Accident
Four people were injured in a motorcycle accident Saturday around 4 p.m.
Three motorcycles were involved in the accident on state Route 66 south of Fort Loramie said the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. Rebecca Hoff, 28, Greenville, was taken by CareFlight from the scene of the accident. Charles Fitzgerald, 61, Greenville, and Matthew Fitzgerald, 40, Greenville, were transported to Wilson Hospital and then taken by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital. Matthew Hoff, 28, Greenville, was transported to Wilson Hospital.
The accident started when the motorcycle driven by Charles Fitzgerald struck the back of the motorcycle driven by Matthew Fitzgerald.
Matthew Fitzgerald’s motorcycle then struck the motorcycle driven by Matthew Hoff.
The accident remains under investigation.
