In Sidney Municipal Court Tuesday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Darrick T. Roesser, 37, 2758 State Route 29, $150 and $184 costs for driving under suspension.

• Joshua Barger, 31, 7310 Wright-Moyer Road, driving under suspension, $250 fine and $136 costs.

• Darren A. Nichols, 33, 1799 Riverside Drive, speeding, $30 fine and $105 costs.

• Tricia L. Zimmerman, 35, 108 E. Poplar St., assured clear distance, $25 fine and $111 costs.

In Municipal Court Friday, assigned Judge Donald Luce sentenced Jeremy Douglas, 502 Second Ave., to 10 days in jail and imposed $122 in costs for failure to pay city taxes. Douglas also was ordered to file taxes and make payment arrangements. Five other counts of the same offense were dismissed.

• Jordan T. Downing, 19, 627 E. Court St., domestic violence, $138 costs, 30 days jail (11 days suspended).

• Willie C. Harris Jr., 45, 205 N. Main St., Anna, driving under the influence, $850 fine and $127 costs, two-year license suspension, 165 days jail, alcohol monitor, counseling; driving under the influence (breath), dismissed; speeding, dismissed.
