-4:21 a.m.: property damage crash. Deputies were dispatched to the 4000 block of state Route 66 in Loramie Township where a vehicle struck a semi.

-3:01 a.m.: crash with injuries. Deputies, Anna Fire and Anna Rescue were dispatched to the 10000 block of County Road 25A in Franklin Township for a crash with injuries.

-7:53 p.m.: property damage crash. Deputies investigated a property damage crash in the 2000 block of County Road 25A in Orange Township.

-7:01 p.m.: burglary. Deputies are investigated a burglary at the residence of Marjorie L. Brackney, 314 W. Wall St., Port Jefferson. She reported a television, air compressor, coil roofing gun and framing gun were taken from her residence. The items are valued at $1,389.

-3:51 p.m.: property damage crash. Deputies investigated a property damage crash at Pasco Montra Road and state Route 706 in Perry Township.

-4:05 a.m.: medical. Houston Rescue responded to the 600 block of Tacoma Trail in Washington Township.

-1:09 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 300 block of East Pike Street Franklin Township.

Crashes

Alisha Eileen Marshal, 21, 2400 State Route 48, Houston, was eastbound on Roeth Road Saturday, Jan. 7, at 4:41 p.m. when she lost control of her vehicle while she was negotiating a curve. The vehicle struck a guard rail on the south side of the road and continued into a ditch on the north side of the road where it came to rest.

The vehicle sustained moderate damage. The guardrail was not damaged.

• Jeremy Wayne Burke, 34, 920 N. Main Ave., Sidney, was cited for driving while under the influence following a crash involving his vehicle and the CSX train Saturday at 1:36 a.m.

According to the report, Burke was northbound in the 900 block of Wright Road when he lost control of his vehicle on the snow-covered road. The vehicle slid off the left side of the road into the ditch.

Burke drove his vehicle around a utility pole before traveling back onto the road. The vehicle then slid back off the left side of the roadway at the railroad crossing and got stuck on the railroad tracks, facing west-northwest.

An eastbound train struck the left rear corner of Burke’s vehicle.

Burke and a passenger in his vehicle, Dana Kay Gaier, 37, 920 N. Main St., Sidney, had exited the vehicle before the collision. They were not injured.

Burke’s vehicle was disabled in the crash and towed from the scene.

The CSX train sustained minor damage.

Lockington Fire and Rescue was also dispatched to the scene.

• No one was cited following a two-vehicle collision on Friday at 9:43 a.m.

Levi McDonald, 16, 516 Arrowhead Drive, Sidney was traveling eastbound on Johnston Road and as he was slowing down for traffic, slid on the icy roadway, and struck the rear of the vehicle traveling in front of him driven by Amy Jones, 41, 1210 University Drive, Sidney.

• Michael W. Allen, 52, 112 W. Ruth St., Sidney, struck a coyote crossing County Road 25A Friday at 7:53 p.m. His vehicle sustained damage to the front end. A passerby picked up the coyote which was killed.

• Steven Cooper, 41, of Sherwood, had just turned northbound onto state Route 29 when he slid on the icy bridge and struck the concrete side of the bridge on Thursday at 9:53 a.m.
