To the editor:

The Shelby County Retired Teachers would like to thank Perkins for their support of our scholarship program. Each year we give at least one scholarship to any Shelby County student pursuing a career in the teaching field.

Perkins helped us with our scholarship program this year by donating a portion of their sales from the flyers we passed out. Scholarship programs would not be possible without support like Perkins has given us.
